Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that all of your communications with us will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. For example; unlawfully interception or “hacking” or other events out of MyWink.net control.
For the purpose of promotional purposes or disclosure to potential advertisers, advertisers, distribution partners or sponsorship we aggregate non-personally identifiable information such as geographical statistics.
Except as otherwise expressed included in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. Pending to the installation of any MyWinks product you will be offered the chance to opt in to installing Zango whom as described as above adhere to their own privacy policies. MyWinks does not control the privacy policies of third parties; you are subject to the privacy policies of that third party.
Automatic Recommendation
The MyWinks software does include automatic recommendation by email and by MSN instant messenger. We hold no responsibility for messages as described in the EULA prior to use. This automatic recommendation feature is entirely optional and is included for user benefit.
